Common questions
Why is pricing tied to annual revenue?+
Every plan includes the connected beta platform. Pricing scales with the operating stage and complexity of the business rather than hiding core modules behind feature tiers.
How is my plan determined?+
Your free assessment helps confirm the plan aligned with your annual revenue band and operating stage. All five plans remain visible so the pricing structure is transparent.
What is the difference between beta and standard pricing?+
Beta pricing recognizes that early members are helping validate workflows and provide feedback before general availability. Standard pricing is the published post-beta price for the completed core platform.
Do beta members keep their rate?+
Beta members retain their original monthly rate while the subscription remains continuously active and the company remains within the intended operating range of its plan.
Does the free assessment cost anything?+
No. The Business Reconstruction Assessment is free and does not require a card or purchase.
What if my business is above $50M in annual revenue?+
Vortex OS currently serves contractor and construction companies up to $50M in annual revenue. Larger organizations require a separate future enterprise review.
Is onboarding separate?+
Yes. Membership covers the platform. Onboarding is a one-time engagement for data, integrations, workflows, configuration, and training. The assessment helps determine the appropriate level.
Can I cancel?+
Yes. Beta membership is month-to-month. Cancelling ends any protected beta rate, and a later return would use the then-current price.
